Personalized requests are welcome. We have engraved family names on Adirondack chairs, monograms on serving boards, and moose, deer and mountain scenes on birch coasters. Ornaments can carry names and dates for a first Christmas, a wedding year or a memorial.

How a Custom Order Works

Call, text, email or use the request form. A sketch or photo helps.
- We talk it through
Size, wood, wording and price. We'll tell you honestly what will look best.
- We build it
Cut, glued, sanded, engraved and finished by hand in our shop.
- Pick it up
Meet us at the shop in Amsterdam or at a craft fair.
How It's Made
Pick the woods
Maple, walnut, cherry and ash, with exotics like purpleheart, padauk and zebrawood.
Lay out & glue
Every stripe is arranged by hand before the glue-up.
Cut & shape
Planed flat, cut to shape, then sanded smooth.
Finish
Food-safe oil on boards; stain and sealer on decor and furniture.
